My Rolex needs repaired. How will I know it's my Rolex I get back? Is there a way to be sure?
I never dealt with one of the local jewelers. I need a sure fire way to know that I will return the watch I gave. I heard the story on 60 Minutes on the people who bring in their diamond rings not knowing that they got their ring with a diamond of lesser value. Is this possible with my Rolex?
Of course, it is * possible, but if you bring the watch to a place that is a authorized service center Rolex, the chances of this happening are slim. It is not easy to find rolex authorized service centers, but there are at least 3 U.S.: NY – 212-758-7700 Dallas – 214-871-0500 Beverly Hills – 310-271-6200 If I were you, I would say that the first of the two is over near you and ask if there is a place near you.
